Ltd. (CIN: U55101HR2003PTC044839) under License No. 234/ 2007 dated 16.10.2007, 52 / 2009 dated 28.08.2009 and 35 / 2010 dated 06.05.2010. ‘Trump Towers Delhi NCR’ are not owned, developed or sold by the Trump Organization or any of their current or former principals or affiliates. Olive Realcon Pvt. Ltd., the Co-Developer and marketer of the said towers, uses the “Trump” name and mark under license, which license may be terminated or revoked according to its terms.
Terms of allotment/sale of ‘Trump Towers Delhi NCR’ is regulated by the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), Haryana Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Rules, 2017 and The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram Regulations, 2018 and is subject to terms & conditions of (i) Licenses as mentioned above; (ii) Building Plan Approval No. ZP357-vol-1/SD(BS) / 2017/2057 dt.15.01.2018 and any future revisions thereof; (iii) Application Form; (iv) Allotment Letter; (v) Agreement for Sale.
